The Internet is mad at Nigella Lawson for loving avocado toast. Nigella is taking some heat online after her latest “Simply Nigella” dish, avocado toast, was a little too simple. Tom Hatton (@thetomhatton) has the details.
Tom Hatton is a host, voice over artist and commercial actor. As a host he had worked on the Red Carpet for YRB Magazine, and as a news and entertainment segment presenter he has worked for Buzz Sixty. On the Red Carpet Tom has recently covered events such as the SESAC Pop Awards, the TJ Martell Gala, The True Cost Movie premiere, HBO’s Game Change premiere, Parts Unknown premiere, Broad City premiere, BET’s Book of Negro premiere, Creative Coalition Awards. Tom has worked with the Vicki Winters show and the Expeditioner Travel Magazine.
Tom is represented by Cinematic Management in New York and works with talent agencies CESD and Abrams Artists. In digital media, Tom has been involved in pioneering projects for Sony (In The Qube, Google (Virtual Vintners) and MSN.com (Buzz 60). in addition, Tom has appeared in flagship video games Grand Theft Auto (Rockstar) Yoostar 2. As a voice Artist, Tom has worked as an announcer for VH1, Apple and with Audible for audiobooks.
Tom went to acting school in London at the Old Victoria Theater which was under the artistic direction of Kevin Spacey. He then went on to train at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute under Method Acting scholar Robert Ellerman where he performed in several productions including Lanford Wilson’s ‘The 5th of July’, Peter Shaffer’s ‘Equus’ and Tom Stoppard’s ‘The Real Inspector Hound’. Tom also studied and performed at the Magnet Improv Theater in New York.
Commercially, Tom has worked with global brands Budweiser, Dentyne, Microsoft, Maxim and Vogue
